I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney Nagel. After taking my payment, communication became extremely poor. Calls and messages often went unanswered, especially when it was time to move forward with my case. Tom carefully listens to his clients and always works to get the best outcome. In an emergency situation he was able to carve out time and meet in person with very short notice. He is very patient and has an exceptional work ethic. He even went beyond his job and drove me back home when I was not in a position to drive. He really enjoys what he does.
