I got a great bus, but the purchase experience was lacking and they only spent 5 minutes delivering bus and it arrived without a license plate. Sales person did go with me, but still took over an hour out of my life. Then dealer kept saying getting permanent plates was my responsibility and tax office said it was dealers. Dealer said they can do plates for a church bus, yet every other dealer i have dealt with has been able to do it. I sent message to sales manager and he had sales person call with excuses.
