Absolutely amazing experience! We got a tux for my cousins wedding and it fit perfectly. The shop staff made the whole process easy from start to finish. We forgot shoes and the owner delivered them to us after hours. I’ll definitely be coming back! Could not ask for better service or communication!
I would never recommend Thomas Bro. for wedding tuxedo rentals. My husband and several of his groomsmen went in for their fitting in May 2026 for our July 17, 2026 wedding. When I returned in June with my brother so he could be measured and to review the selections made in May, we discovered that almost nothing had been documented correctly—including my husband’s tuxedo selection. Customer service isn’t that great
Thomas Brothers provided us with an outstanding experience when choosing and renting tuxedos for our out-of-town holiday wedding. The process of getting measurements from several groomsmen across the state was made extremely easy by Rachel and the team at Thomas Brothers of Starkville. Additionally, when our plans for traveling changed, one of the employees (Rachel) went above and beyond in order to ensure that the groom had his tux in plenty of time to make alterations if needed.
