Our remortgage experience with them was awful and beyond stressful. We initially went with Thomas Bradley when buying our first home 2 years ago and they were amazing. Fast forward to June this year when the remortgage process began and all we have experienced is stress and anxiety. We were told to "have faith" so when the costs of solicitors were going up, apparently the figures weren't right and to just sit a wait for completion and was informed we only have £299 solicitors fee to pay.
