Unfortunately, we’ve had a very disappointing experience with this office. I dropped off my son’s tax documents while he was overseas on deployment, trusting they would handle his return properly. However, his tax refund was deposited into a bank account neither of us recognized or has ever used. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of communication, explanation and support from this firm has been extremely frustrating.
