Working with Dan has been an incredible and seamless experience. I contacted Dan Hood, whom I had used previously for some simple estate settlement work. I told him that a dog breeder had breached our verbal agreement for a puppy and refused to refund my money. He charged me $300 to send her a letter and make a few phone calls to her, which did not succeed in getting a refund. Then he told me to forget about it, advising that I would lose the case if I sued her. He basically took her side and was demeaning to me for wanting to continue pursuing a refund.
