Great tile, but any idea when your webstore will be back up? I need to order some more Rust Stonewall backsplash tile to finish a job I am working on and cannot find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Update to original review 10/22/2024. STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE! Months. I have attempted to contact Thomas Avenue Ceramics more times than I can count and I suspect they are no longer in business. No one answers the phone and the voicemail greeting is generic. I also get no response from multiple emails and chat messages. There appears to be Wayfair... read more
In all my years, I have never, ever dealt with a company who doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls, texts, emails, FB messages. I am desperately trying to get some tile I already paid for. I've lost count on how many times I've tried to make contact. Chasing this for over 4 months now. Horrendous experience.
