Update 2/26: After finally getting them on the phone, they were prompt in addressing my concerns and I received what I needed 10/28. Still nothing and my 1 star review stands. Update to original review 10/22/2024. STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE! Months. I have attempted to contact Thomas Avenue Ceramics more times than I can count and I suspect they are no longer in business. In all my years, I have never, ever dealt with a company who doesn't answer the phone or return phone calls, texts, emails, FB messages. I am desperately trying to get some tile I already paid for. I've lost count on how many times I've tried to make contact. Chasing this for over 4 months now. Horrendous experience.
