I recently reached out to attorney Thomas Sirianni for help regarding my ongoing struggles (for repars) with my landlord in NYC.Lucky for me, Mr. Sirianni was a wealth of information, helping me make sense of the complexities of NYC housing court. He also helped me understand what I may expect from my landlord as I move forward. He was also patient and considerate. I give him 5 stars, no hesitation.
I called thomas twice about two separate issues and both times he was very responsive. He answered, I didn’t have to go through a call center and he listened (which I find hard to find when working with Attorneys). He listened closely and designed a strategy that would work well in my particular situation. I appreciate that as a responsive and attentive lawyer is not easy to come by.)
I had a great experience working with Thomas on a tenant/landlord issue. He was diligent, honest, and took the time to clearly lay out my options. His counsel helped me understand the situation and resolve the matter. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him.
