Horrible. Charged 50.00 for an email of 2022 taxes and sent the wrong year. This was after numerous phone calls, emails, and visits requesting them. I really do not think they like us. They are new owners. The previous owner in this building would never have treated customers like this.
I have worked with Bob and his staff for 25 years! Nothing but great service ! I highly recommend Thoma and Assoc.!
