I will never buy Thom Browne again. I’ve been a customer for many years. They’re not the cheapest and I expected better customer service when a situation arose. They failed miserably. One the drawstring on my shorts was damaged during the washing. I reached out to Thom Browne to see if I can either buy a drawstring or if they can mail me one at no charge. After waiting a couple of weeks they told me they can’t. I’m at a loss for words. Unbelievable!
