On our way to South Carolina from Wisconsin our truck, which was towing our travel trailer, lost all use of our brakes. We limped it into 13Six Trucking. They took a look at it and were able to diagnose the problem. They ordered the part and prioritized our repair. While we waited we sat in their conference room. The guys stopped by multiple times to give updates, estimates and chat. They let us watch whatever we wanted on TV and treated our young daughters to candy and suckers.
