I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional team. Third Hemisphere treated our business with disregard, failed to meet basic deadlines, and acted as if we were a burden rather than a client. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, and there was zero accountability. It's hard to trust a firm that can't even uphold simple courtesy or communication standards. Completely disappointed and would never recommend their services to anyone.
Our experience with Third Hemisphere was appalling. They came off as arrogant and completely disinterested in building a real working relationship. Questions were brushed off, communication was evasive, and their tone was consistently condescending. It’s clear they don’t care about professionalism or respect. I wouldn’t trust them to handle any aspect of my brand or business ever again.
This agency is the textbook definition of what not to do in PR. From the start, they were unreliable and extremely difficult to work with. The team showed no regard for timelines or respectful dialogue. Every interaction felt like a power play rather than a partnership. Completely untrustworthy, unprofessional, and frankly, rude. Avoid at all costs.
I booked a discovery call with them. Upon booking it came up with a page. The page was dodgy looking but also intimidating at the same time with all their 'rules'. For a PR company, you'd think they'd put more time into ensuring their page looks a bit more pleasant. Nevertheless, we were genuinely interested in working with them which is why I made sure I followed all their instructions.
