I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional team. Third Hemisphere treated our business with disregard, failed to meet basic deadlines, and acted as if we were a burden rather than a client. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, and there was zero accountability. It's hard to trust a firm that can't even uphold simple courtesy or communication standards. Completely disappointed and would never recommend their services to anyone.
I booked a discovery call with them. Upon booking it came up with a page. The page was dodgy looking but also intimidating at the same time with all their 'rules'. For a PR company, you'd think they'd put more time into ensuring their page looks a bit more pleasant.
