Inquired about mortgages and have never met someone with less interest to help than this banker. It's honestly shocking how poor this person's performance was.
I cannot recommend this bank branch in Medina based on my recent experience. From the beginning, my attempts to provide important information and ask questions multiple times were dismissed. Had the staff member listened and reviewed the information I had when I first sat down with them, the issue could have been resolved quickly.
