Being a regular customer and having my mortgage with this bank, it is very frustrating that the Palm Harbor branch rarely has a teller open and you have to wait for another employee to make a simple withdrawal.It is even more inconvenient when you are asked to wait when employees are at their desk not helping anyone.

They have great rates on their mortgages but it does come with a cost. Their staff is not always the most competent or knowledgeable. I've kept my mortgages their because the rate was worth the pain, but realize if you want better service go elsewhere. Also as far as banking NEVER, they don't even have a notary service for members. Their service is slow and they print out every document, old school. So if you have endless time and patience have at it. Otherwise great mortgage rates!

For what it's worth this firm is legit and has a pretty good reputation when I researched on Reddit. I decided to apply for a HELOC and before I could even submit the docs I got a call saying I was denied and they were laughing on the phone while telling me and then hung up right away. That was my experience, like a rather awkward prank call, but YMMV.

Over 20 minutes and a social security number needed to cash a check. Plus a fee and unfriendly staff. The rates must be amazing because the service is far far from it.
