If I could give this place zero stars I would. I won't go into the experience I had with them today in regards to my 98 year old mom who just got out of rehab, who can barely walk and who I have power of attorney for. No, in order to get an insurance check signed, they insisted I bring her in. It took 40 minutes to get her out of the house and down the stairs. In the end they refused to sign because they said the paperwork wasn't enough...even after talking with her insurance agent. The whole ordeal took 3 hours, no satisfac... read more
