Give the people there a five star but not the the bank. The way treat existing long-term loyal customers is not fair! It is obviously not fair, if you look up CD rates, new money gets a higher interest. This is so unfair and wrong! Yes it's worth taking your money out but then you end up going back and forth between banks which is a total pain and your account numbers keeps changing.
