I just finished 6 amazing sessions with Chas Billera at Third Eye Hypnosis. I am enjoying my 10th week of being sober! Chas helped me to remember some other self hypnosis techniques I studied years ago and helped me to implement strategies to reinforce that practice. He also helped me to process and release repressed anger that was preventing me from moving forward in healing my post-concussion syndrome.
