Very enjoyable experience. Went to quit cigars. Has worked like a charm. With a two cigar a day habit for many years I now have not smoked nor do I even have cravings. Chas is great with a professional practice. Thanks for all you help!

Chas and his hypnosis sessions have clearly improved my outlook around certain driving conditions that I was experiencing. He takes the time to clearly understand what your issues are and clearly incorporates it into the sessions. You must have a completely open mind to this but if you do, you will see the benefits. I scheduled some sessions with Chas to help me become a non-smoker for good. He was very informative and easy to talk to. The entire process of accessing the subconscious is extremely fascinating to me and the experience of hypnosis was very relaxing, like being in a meditative state.
