Excellent place chas the owner is on top of everything and up to date worked on me and my wife both went and quit. Have to want it. Highly recommend.also teaches relaxation excellent place very professional and experienced more than just quitting smoking

I scheduled some sessions with Chas to help me become a non-smoker for good. He was very informative and easy to talk to. The entire process of accessing the subconscious is extremely fascinating to me and the experience of hypnosis was very relaxing, like being in a meditative state.
