I am very disappointed. I was not able to access my account over the weekend, and when I tried to log in Monday morning, I was faced with obstacle after obstacle. Apparently their technology upgrade had issues which resulted in many customers having problems logging in. I have been waiting for a call back from their customer support for 8 hours. Not very good hometown service. I will check out their competitors.

I have had no issues with this bank. I have been with them for a little over 4 years now. They contact me with potential fraud alerts and work with me when I've even been unsure of a purchase that's appeared on my account. Anytime I have to go inside they are always attentive and professional. My children haven't even been with me on these trips and they normally ask me how they are doing. I feel like it's one of the best banks I've ever been to.
