David was one of the best bank teller fast attentive and helpful... now there is a old lady that every time I try to forward a payment because I'm not a member she makes a deal that they only assist members david never had a issue helping and assisting non-members like having people in a bank that refuses to help others because they aren't members

Think wise credit union delivered a superior experience. I went in looking for help regarding direct deposit. Sophia from the Rialto branch went above and beyond to not only assist me, but to create a form that would be sufficient for the processing of my direct deposit.
