I had the great experience at Rialto Branch today! Sophia assisted me with Bill Pay and helped me set up all of the accounts online. She is always so helpful with anything I need. She is the best, kind and caring!!!!!!I always look for her when I visit the branch. Best rated customer service and recommend this credit union 100%.

David was one of the best bank teller fast attentive and helpful... now there is a old lady that every time I try to forward a payment because I'm not a member she makes a deal that they only assist members david never had a issue helping and assisting non-members like having people in a bank that refuses to help others because they aren't members
