Friendly and fast service.
My husband's phone had a virus on his phone because of downloading an app that was a pop up. Took it to Think Monkey and was fixed in 5 minutes!! So grateful for their help!
I had my phone repaired at Think Monkey this morning and had a great experience. Andrew was my technician — he was professional, patient, and took the time to explain my options, including a protection plan, which I really appreciated. My phone was finished within the hour and the price was very reasonable. I’m definitely not very technically advanced, so Andrew’s knowledge and help made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I brought my 15 year old laptop in when it crashed and didn't have much hope for a repair. The people at Think Monkey said they would have a tech see what he could do with it. It was mentioned there was a new laptop in stock I might consider. The cost was comparable to other businesses and I had been in the market for a new one anyway. Long story short they repaired my old laptop to a lesser usable condition and I now own a new laptop too. I consider this a win/win for me.
