Brought my phone in to get repaired. Because I’ve always had outstanding service from this place. I Payed 454.72$ up front. They told me they would email me the next day and would be done early afternoon. I said that was great because I don’t have any other way of getting ahold of them. Never received a email went in a hour before closing. They told me the parts never came in. I told them I get that I need my phone and would have been nice to get a email explaining this. Had them fix my software on pc it was fairly cheap and only took 2 days very impressed and happy, incredibly nice people aswell.
Exceptional service - need a chip resoldered onto a board - it was done the same day and worked flawlessly. thank you for the great service!!
