I use Google Maps only as a last resort when I am unhappy with service and despite making complaints to the company have not been addressed. Thinkific is yet ANOTHER company that is big on promises, small on follow through or customer service. After signing up for this platform, I was extremely disappointed in how it performed. They kept billing me over and over again despite the fact that I had not sold a SINGLE course! When I contacted them, they told me that it was up to ME to find clients. Okay. This is a TERRIBLE platform They must have billed me for more than $1,000 and I did not sell one single course. After I received my last invoice, I canceled my plan. Buyer BEWARE!!

I have been using it since Covid for online course, could be better, sure there is always room for improvement, but for the price, I am happy with it.
