I have been using it since Covid for online course, could be better, sure there is always room for improvement, but for the price, I am happy with it.
Update: The company remedied the issue after my compliant. Good platform, been their customer for years. Now they're forcing me to use their TCommerce by threatening to charge transaction fees if I don't switch. That's not the right way to treat your loyal customers Greg. If you had given me a better incentive to switch I'd done it earlier. Won't be a Thinkific customer much longer.
Ik schrijf niet snel een slechte review. Maar dit bedrijf is gewoon onbereikbaar!! Ik probeer mijn pakket te upgraden, maar krijg continu een error. Ik zoek naar een oplossing, maar heb 3 verschillende email adressen geprobeerd. Info, billing en support.. maar geen enkele reactie!! En dit al dagen! Op instagram geprobeerd en zelfde verhaal. Telefonisch zijn ze ook niet bereikbaar en de chatfunctie werkt niet bij het gratis pakket. Maar dat is het hele punt, ik wil UPGRADEN! Ze reageren totaal niet.
