I do not recommend this serviceman, first he agrees on a price for the service, then he does not answer the phone or reply to text messages. unprofessional and he is not the only one in Southampton. stay away...
Excellent Engineer, there is nothing he doesn't know about boilers in general. I find him efficient, dependable, honest and reasonable. A rare species. Highly recommend. I have no hesitation in re-using his services again.
Alex was very friendly and helpful. He was able to attend the same day (even on a weekend!) to check a problem with my boiler and although all appeared to be working when Alex arrived he thoroughly investigated and found the cause. The communication, promptness and general service was incredible, I’d highly recommend Alex
I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. He came to service my boiler, found an issue that made the boiler unsafe which would normally mean it being disconnected. He tried various local suppliers until he found one with the required part, picked it up, came back, fitted it and completed the service all in the same day. He clearly knows what he is talking about and went to the effort to explain exactly what work he'd done. Thank you Alex!
Reliable professionals. I recommend them, but.... Hard to find a time interval. Do your appointment today, especially for Aquabion water softener because is not emergency
