Lovely hospitable service, Jasmine made everything clear and easy to understand as well as making the procedure enjoyable pain free and fast, would definitely recommend.

I came to Think Again Laser Clinic Rozelle on a referral for eyebrow tattoo removal after the clinic I originally started my removal journey with unexpectedly closed. Looking back, I'm actually so grateful it happened because it led me to Jayde. Extremely poor consultation and communication. Very bad costumer service. Charged extra than the service and agreed amount at the start. Do not go here. Save yourself the trouble.
Jayde was amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and explained everything step by step. Happy I chose this company for my laser tattoo removal!
