Had a really great experience with Khan! He was very professional, patient and friendly throughout the whole tattoo removal treatment. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable, especially since I was quite nervous about the pain. The whole process was smooth and I felt very well looked after. Highly recommend Khan and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next session!
Jayde was so lovely. I was super nervous to have my microblading removed but Jayde made me feel so comfortable by showing me before and after pics and reassured me! She did such a good job and stopped from time to time to allow me to see what she had done, which looked great. Wouldn’t hesitate to go and see Jayde, she’s an angel!
I’m extremely disappointed with how my complaint was handled, particularly considering I had intended to continue my treatments here. When I first attended in January, I explained to Jayde that I was considering treatment for both eyebrows, but wanted to start by having one eyebrow fully treated first, as that eyebrow was worse. Can’t speak highly enough of Jayde and Jasmine at Think Again Rozelle. I’ve been seeing them for the past six sessions and they’ve both been awesome to deal with - super professional, knowledgeable and most importantly always make you feel completely at ease. I’ve been to quite a few different clinics over the years, and Think Again Rozelle is easily the best I’ve been to by far. I was quite nervous for my first appointment, but Jasmine was soo lovely and made me feel really comfortable! She was extremely knowledgeable explained everything very well. Her own experience with removal as well was really reassuring and I felt completely safe with her. Her kindness made a huge difference to my overall experience, thank you so much :))) The laser technology that they use here also made the process so comfortable, it went by so quickly and I barely felt any pain I couldn’t recommend ThankAgain more!!
