Absolutely amazing. . From start to finish Natalie was there every step of the way. Always prompt with her replies and was very clear and thorough when explaining things. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and needed help at almost every step of the way but for Natalie this was not a problem. Always willing and able to help whether it was 1 question or 10.
