Today I went in to get a handwritten front for my dad for Father's Day. My sister passed away 2 months ago and I wanted her handwriting on a mug and a map. The manager Maya personally helped me. She was so kind. I had her undivided attention and she didn't make me feel rushed. She told me to take my time and we could re-do it as many times as we needed.
