A bunch of cheap items from China which they charge a fortune to engrave or sew a patch on or embroider a name. I haven’t been to a things remembered in years, so I stopped to see if there was anything new or different, but it’s the same old cheap polyester or acrylic blankets, or pens, etc. There really is nothing else there. I personally don’t like engraved gifts. I know who I am and I know it’s mine. I don’t need my name permanently engraved on it. Plus for privacy i don’t want to put my name on things.
I’m only give 1 star because it’s required. I call the prior evening inquiring about a specific item in which the young lady stated that the item was available. I asked if it could be put on hold and she advised me it was a display item and it would be there. Then she proceeded to rush me off the phone saying that she was about to leave. It’s was 6:42pm. When I arrived to the location at noon the day and ask about the item she ask the gentleman next to her about it who stated they don’t have it. She looks again in the system... read more

The gentleman who helped me was kind and actually expidited my order as it was time crucial. The price for engraving is ridiculously high, obviously set by corporate rates so not the stores fault. Based on service I will give it a great rating.
