Went in to buy a pocket watch for my significant other and get it engraved with a firefighter symbol on the front and a quote on the back of the watch. Not only was I presented with a watch that had an enormous gash on the back and a tiny, off center symbol on its front, but also very rude and aggressive customer service. I went to the Partridge Creek location instead and they told me that, by the looks of it, the Lakeside employees did not ‘pen test’ the symbol to see how it would appear on the watch once it was finished.
