Tried this place for a second time and again I’m disappointed. I had to call and check on my order and then was told they didn’t have it in stock. Good thing I called! This place use to be awesome, it’s definitely not anymore
I love this store! They unique items unlike the chain stores, they do onsite engraving, most jewelry stores in Memphis don't! My co workers and I went there to get a pocket watch engraved for a co worker that was retiring the young man was friendly, helpful, and provided great customer, it was a lovely first visit!
