Hate leaving bad reviews but a number of things went wrong for me. I ordered 2 engraved things, each with emojis on them, and a picture frame. Well when I picked up, they didn't have emojis on them, I guess that's okay but since I paid for them and wanted them I waited for them to remake some: about 30 min/an hour goes by I'm watching people look at a computer and I'm told they'd have to ship them to me cause they can't do the Emojis there.
