Went in yesterday to get a bracelet engraved, they told me it would be ready for pickup today. It’s the holiday season so as you can imagine the mall is crazy packed. The only reason I went was to pick up my bracelet only to find out that it was too small to get engraved! I could not believe that they didn’t even bother making sure it’s something they would be able to do. Instead I wasted my time leaving it and going back to pick it up for nothing!
