My offer was accepted 8/4. By 8/25, I'd still not heard from Michelle. Multiple calls were unanswered. No texts were sent. I had to switch attorneys. This has resulted in huge delays in my purchasing process. They are just now telling me I owe them more money because of the delay (sucks). If you check these reviews, you'll see that this problem HAS occurred more than once. Ask yourself, do I want to be the unlucky person that receives no response and deal with the consequences? I used them for closing on my house and she was Absolutely great. She was very thorough in our dealings, quick to find answers and respond. She simplified it so much I was able to understand what was going on. Very friendly and pleasant, I would highly recommend using her.
