Proof that the younger generation doesn't watch and pay attention to every detail when it comes to a job order. I Had to return fixed window frame cause it was put together backwards where bottom ledge would've cut my screen up plus it wouldn't even fit back into my window, luckily gas is alil cheaper to make extra 40 mile trip to town again.
I spoke to their customer service rep three times and got three different stories. I ended up scheduling an appointment two weeks out to get my windshield replaced so they could get the proper equipment ready only to show up to the appointment and have them tell me they couldn't do it. They even quoted the job so I could get it approved by insurance and everything. What a massive waste of my time.
