The POS system appeared to suffer a glitch which resulted in extra charges to my card. The associate called her supervisor, who expeditiously contacted me to explain the problem as well as what he would immediately do to fix the mistake. I greatly appreciated his urgency in resolving the matter, which did not appear to be the fault of the associate. I will continue shopping here unless I die an early death, probably due to having shopped here.

Popped in for two items, popped out with a receipt that made me do a double-take. Apparently I bought the luxury editions of what I went for, twice the price of anywhere else 🙃, but with none of the added benefits. No refunds of course, which I wasn’t going to ask for but it was the first thing they said when I asked about the price so this is clearly something that happens often. So if you’re into paying top-dollar for everyday stuff and learning life lessons the expensive way, this place is a hidden gem. Enjoy! Extra star... read more
