Sent me a pre work dress.. grease spots front and back and no tags on it and smells like a sweaty body was in it first! Told me to send back on Instagram but won’t send shipping label. Why should I have to pay for shipping again when they sent me the pre worn dress?! After I asked for shipping label no response. And they don’t have a phone for customer service either.
I ORDERED A SKIRT AND THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO NONE OF MY EMAILS. THIS RIDICULOUS.
The worker was nice, but the selection was lacking. I would go again to see if they get different items in stock.
This is what shopping is all about! Everything about the shop is perfect. There were so many beautiful dresses, but the staff knew what would make me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world.
