Owner light eyed lady very controlling...she wants to control and dictate customer behavior, worst customer service ever! She had a problem with me using the plastic produce bag for my frozen item I was purchasing...im stunned beyond belief...I wanted to support grocery stores in my community but not when i het this disrespect and bad owner attitude,won't be going to this store again...I have too many other options!
BEWARE – Double-check Your Bill Before Leaving! You lost me as a customer. I have been a regular customer at Thiara, and this is now the fourth time I've noticed discrepancies in my bill. The other day, I purchased a single cauliflower, but I was charged for two. Thankfully, I always check my receipt before leaving because I've been overcharged on previous visits as well.
