I’ve gotten both prenatal and postpartum massages here. It is like heaven on earth. I have enjoyed massages from Kelsi, Kelly, and Markina. I think their bios on the site explain their styles really well. Kelsi did awesome prenatal massages for me. I was given a postpartum massage as a gift at my baby shower, and that one (with Markina) was the one I enjoyed the most. I went about 5 weeks after my delivery and was very sore. Markina is my girl!! She is such a skilled healer and I always leave feeling like a brand new person, especially as my pregnancy progresses. I greatly appreciate her and her efforts to care for my body through this transition. Theta has been my go-to for relaxation and recovery for a long time and I will never go anywhere else!

Markina must have magic in her hands. This prenatal massage was absolutely wonderful. So relaxing, and I feel so much better prepared for labor here soon. I will be back for a postnatal massage for sure. Atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Minimal, almost zero, talking during massage, which helped to relax. Nice somatic background music like at a yoga class.

Kelsi is heaven sent! I’ve had chronic pain for most of my life and have gotten massages just as long, but she exceeded my expectations!! I’m so excited I found her because my plain lady had retired a few years ago and I have been needing some relief. She is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond with listening and adapting. I can’t wait to go back!
