Theta is my favorite massage studio in Omaha. The space is impeccable- clean, serene, and creative. Everyone who works there is extremely professional and meets you where you’re at. I recently had a 90 min massage with Tinna and it was incredible. She used a variety of massage techniques to work with my tense spots and I left feeling much more open and fluid in my body. Can’t recommend Theta enough! Treat yourself and your family. You won’t regret it.
Drea gives an amazing prenatal massage! Relaxing but still focusing on tight spots. The space is beautiful as well!
Drea is amazing, she moved heaven and earth to make an appointment happen for me. I greatly appreciate her and her efforts, Theta is my go-to for relaxation and recovery.
I tried 3 other places before finding Kassi at Theta. I saw her regularly throughout my entire pregnancy and have continued to see her postpartum. She really is the best at what she does, I even got my husband to see her too! I always look forward to my time at Theta!
Becca is the best massage therapist I have been too! Highly recommend, especially for pre-natal massages!
