Absolutely excellent! Loved our couples massage. Would definitely recommend this place!
Terrible customer service as you are barely spoken to when you enter and I got attitude when I needed to reschedule originally because of a sick child. My apt ran 20 minutes late (after getting there 15 minutes early as requested) and when I suggested cancelling the scheduled appointment because they were running behind (and I had to get to work), I got the blank stare with an "Ok" from Gail. It was so relaxing � I would highly recommend getting a massage. I will definitely go back! My suggestion is made your appointment way in advance
I've been a member for a few years now and have only had great experiences with appointment bookings, customer service, and wonderful massages and facials. I go every month and wish I could go more often!
