I will never go back to this place. I decided to get a Brazilian on my birthday. Molly was running behind. I must say, the room was very relaxing. Until Molly's energy came into the room.. I would give this no stars if it was an option. Phil, he called himself the manager, very rude. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money.
I ordered a Groupon for the prenatal massage. While making the appt, I asked if there massage therapists were certified in prenatal. I was told yes. I question the certification bc my massage was rushed, masseuse hit pressure points that could have sent me into preterm labor. The Groupon was for a 60 minute massage. The massage didn’t start until 5:10, and was over at 5:55, so I was short 15 minutes on my massage. For driving an hour to get there i was expecting at least my hour. Good customer service and friendly staff. The therapist was well trained and was very efficient. I would definitely recommend the spa.
I bought a couples massage Groupon for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. The Groupon states that it is only for new customers. When I called to schedule the appointment they asked me if I was a new customer and I told them that I came before but my boyfriend was a new customer. They told me that since I was a repeat customer and I would be partaking in the massage as well that we would not be able to use the Groupon. This was not stated in any of the fine print.
