Paid for an estimate $210 and never received it. Went back to them next day to ask for that estimate(still nothing). Only promises. Never got it. Called again next day. Still nothing. So they charged $210 and they never gave me what i paid for. Now i stopped by for a download, usually takes 10-15 min. They said it will take 1-1:30 hours till they can do it.
