Go any where but here terrible customer service, service desk told me to come right down told them I would be there in ten minutes just to tell me when I got there they can’t change my sensor today
Alex Perez, customer service was absolutely amazing. Ish, is truly professional and gets right to the source he also listens to the driver’s issues and takes his knowledge and works it from there. Came in filled out a request for repairs and troubleshooting. I checked the box for anything under $900 to be repaired. I come in today and nothing was done waiting on my $500 approval. No offense but why fill out the form then? I’ve been here since 7am and it’s noon now and trucking not in shop….disappointed
They give me invoice for $1876 for the APU Which was way more higher than what it spouse be so I decided not to fixed it but they charged me $210 just because diagnostic
