Came in filled out a request for repairs and troubleshooting. I checked the box for anything under $900 to be repaired. I come in today and nothing was done waiting on my $500 approval. No offense but why fill out the form then? I’ve been here since 7am and it’s noon now and trucking not in shop….disappointed
They give me invoice for $1876 for the APU Which was way more higher than what it spouse be so I decided not to fixed it but they charged me $210 just because diagnostic
Kept in the dark about what they found and what the plan of action was to fix the APU.
