I drove 2.5 hrs to come here, instead of 1.5 hrs to go to Phoenix TK, because I read the reviews here, and had been to PHX TK once before and was overcharged for a basic service. Anyway this Tucson location did not disappoint and lived up to their good reviews! The lead and the tech who worked on my unit did an great job of fixing my TriPac Evolution, and tho they ran into a problem midway into the the job, which caused me to be there a couple hrs longer, they did not charge any more than the original estimate they gave.
