Had an emergency with a reefer unit during the weekend. Quit cooling on a sub zero load. Met someone at the shop within an hour. Fixed my issue and did some extra PMs all under 2.5 hrs. Mind you this is during their day off. Great service. Definitely will recommend and pass on the word to others. Thank you!
Very friendly, professional and quick with the repairs. 2.5 hrs from arrival to departure to diagnose an ALT error on an apu and replace the failed alternator. APU shroud was properly reinstalled with no missing hardware and no new grease or oil stains. Very happy with the service provided. They're also pet friendly for the drivers with furry co drivers.
Mellisa has been more than helpful going above and beyond i definitely recommend this thermoking for all your needs.! I’d rather drive 4 hours then go to thermoking in Albuquerque!
