I’ve only done business with Thomas aka Michael Phagans an electrical Contractur of Thermo King of the Southeast, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a Complete Power Resources. I do NOT recommend him or them. After installing a generator the final inspection was never done leaving the permit expired. A year later when asked multiple times to close the permit he provided a fraudulent document to us for the sale of our house. I Checked In To buy bm kit which was forsel and good price $70+tax then we talk about BM and they said $670 after 2 hours they said we find a lot problem and will cost you $2700 I still try to give them business and technician guy show me motor mount to replace, I told him how much motor mount and Freon and he said $490+460 and I want him to replace, but he said let me calculate he went outside then came back with $2200, two motor mount and Freon total would be $1100 I even let him work if he said $1500 but it is so greedy I... read more
