Called in Tuesday afternoon and was told I could park onsite for work to begin soon as they open. As promised, service got me in at 7:20-7:30am for my PM. Work was done by 10am. Great job Thermo King Raleigh! They even found 4 issues and repaired to keep me going with no hiccups.
They got me in and out and I was running late to get back to my trailer and they didn't give me any trouble I would give them Ten stars if I could
Sid and Steven did a fantastic job on my repairs. Apu blower motor replacement and remounting. Even with an additional repair due to it crumbling in the exchange they got the part same day luckily and got it ask out back together. They care about getting you back together and rolling!
