My reefer unit went out and this was the closest ThermoKing. I have to say everyone was very professional, but a big shout out to Megan. She was super patient and friendly, poor thing had a leg/knee injury but she didn’t let that stop her from providing awesome customer service.
Sid on the guys in the shop stayed late just to fix my APU awesome people here everyone was friendly and helpful highly recommend!!
Called in Tuesday afternoon and was told I could park onsite for work to begin soon as they open. As promised, service got me in at 7:20-7:30am for my PM. Work was done by 10am. Great job Thermo King Raleigh! They even found 4 issues and repaired to keep me going with no hiccups.
