The best Thermo king I have ever been too
We have had pretty good luck with this location. I am not one that likes a bunch of people with their hands on my truck. So I would rather deal with a couple shops. Not always able to do that in this industry. But the guys here are really respectful and polite. They do their best to get you in and out as quick as they can. It is not very often that you see the shop foreman come out and get his hands dirty. But he has pretty much every time we have been in. Excellent service, great people.
We came here on Tuesday to have our reefer looked at and they found it had a leak and they could fix it it would take a day and a half well we had a vet appt in Knoxville, TN the following morning so we asked if they would do it Thursday that we would go to vet appt and come back well we did and Stephen (my Hero) got it fixed today! Thank you so much for working non stop to get us fixed and rolling you and your team are truly awesome!!! If you need work done this is your place!!!
They took in our vehicle the same day and repaired it by the next day. They did a great job to get us going quickly.
