Have been customer for 6 years. Took new truck in to transfer apu. Was quoted a day and half time and approximately 2500.00. Took truck in tues Eve before close. At mid of Thurs no word so called. Acted like I was being a nuisance said truck will b done. A few min before close said no won’t be done forcing me to reschedule another appt for truck now losing an additional 3 days revenue since couldn’t make first appt.
