I have used them several times of the past couple years, and they have promptly diagnosed and repaired my reefer trailers and my Apu. Would highly recommend for any thermo King issues

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service I received from Thermo King of Dothan. In the middle of a rainy night, while hauling a high-value load of perishable freight, my reefer unit suddenly stopped working. I was under tremendous pressure to save the load, and it was one of those worst-case scenarios you hope never happens — midnight breakdown, bad weather, and precious cargo on the line. Good service, took truck in for repairs
Very nice and knowledgeable guys here. Did check and assessment for free. Just wish they'd have more parts stocked and ready on hand. Who ever job it is to keep parts on order is really not doing their job. But that's really easily to fix. Will return if need reefer repairs in the area. -Adam
