I love the undercool! I am a runner with MS and the vest helps me run more days each year than I could without it. It’s super comfortable and doesn’t impede running. I’m really happy getting about an extra month of running per year, but even with the vest I can’t run outside all summer. I say that just because I think some people’s expectations are too high. Editing to add that customer service is amazing!!
First, this company has real human customer service that is fantastic. I’d tried several wearable cooling products over the years to cope with a lack of body temp regulation (athyroidal, perimenopausal in the tropics, ‘nuf said.) Marching in a day parade as a drummer in a bagpipe band, including all the wool, results in serious heat problems for me. No problem ordering online. They are also fast either by chat or email to answer questions . Their product is made well and will last for long time I have 3 of them.
As a lab tech working in full scrubs, lab coat, gloves, and mask, in a fairly hot and humid area, Thermapparel is helping me maintain my health and sanity at work every day. However, the Undercool garment wasn't quite adequate to my needs. What a wonderful company with AMAZING products and lovely customer service!! I have severe POTS with heat intolerance and ThermApparel helps me so much on a daily basis!
