Bought a Thermaltake case, some things were missing from box, tried to contact Thermaltake 2-3 times not a single reply.. clearly they don't care for customers. which is sad due to the fact that i have purchased so many of their products from PSU, case's and cooling parts. due to lack of support will never get a Thermaltake product ever again.. Clearly they don't care for their customers..
Looking at a pc made by thermaltake but came across price difference From this mob $3699 same pce at mmwave 100 dollars cheaper how is that possible? You would think it would be cheaper direct from wholesaler than an on seller:(
