My first spa experience. Visited the sauna, polar plunge with rest and followed with a deep tissue massage followed by another visit to the sauna afterwards. Great experience. The massage was great! Friendly staff.
Place is great but the parking lot is a disaster. Suppose to be a 5 star experience but if you go in the spring the parking lot is not paved and full of potholes and mud. Impossible not to get full of mud to get to the main entrance. Not a good first impression. As for the spa, it's a 5 star experience if you can get over the first impression.
Very disappointed in our overall experience. Visited Thermëa a few years ago and loved it, however, our recent visit was less than stellar. The facilities were overfilled, saunas were not hot, dry sauna had visible mould underneath the seats, hot tubs did not feel warm, cups/glasses surrounded pools, and shower/bathrooms were visibly dirty. Overall it feels like the facilities have not been unkept since our last visit. Unfortunately, we likely will not be returning as value does not reflect the quality of facilities.
Was as nice before they got popular ..impossible to book daytime hours now, crowded, very loud messy people leaving their garbage everywhere too. Just save your money and go to Elkhorn.
Friendly staff, great experience, amazing food, and overall very pleased with the atmosphere and service. This was our second time coming here and would definitely come again and recommend to family/friends ! Also shoutout to our waitress Brielle she was so friendly and awesome !!
