I visited Thermea last week, and it was truly a well-spent and relaxing experience. The entire setup is thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and disconnect. We were overall happy with our experience until the end. We understand it was family day and that was fine, but there needs to be more clear guidelines about the change rooms. When we were changing to leave there was a man and son who came into the "family change room" which was completely unnecessary given there was a men's change room. If I had had a young daughter in there changing, I would have been absolutely LIVID. I visited Thermea Spa today and overall, it was a nice experience. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxing, the music, the setup, and the overall theme of the spa were really well done. I booked the Head in the Clouds massage. The person who did it was very kind, and the service itself was relaxing, but I personally didn’t feel it was worth the price I paid. It was quite expensive for what I received.
