This experience was different from my last. It was so busy here today Fri before long weekend. There was no where to sit and enjoy the outdoors unless you were in the hot-tub. Which we had enough of. Our waiter today (dont know name) but it felt so awkward. Was just the basic of service. Didnt come back to check up on us much. I had a lovely day at Thermea! Everything was amazing. The food was exceptional and the spa experience, as always, was calm and relaxing. I realized after I left that I forgot to remove my sunglasses from my robe. I immediately called to ask if they found them. Alex saved the day by collecting them before the robes were washed! I am grateful 🙏

When this spa first opened it was trying to get people to stop talking. Cell phones now mandatory to be locked in a locker hasn’t made a difference. I was there three months ago and staff patrolled around the pools with bells to remind people to be quiet . In one of the rooms where you sit in a theatre type setting a few women were talking. I walked by to walk out and said “ shh”. It was like they were insulted . I respect the spa trying to remedy this issue. Sorry .
