Lived all over the country, the buses here are decent. It's nice this area tries to model itself off of Europe and it sort of shows. I will say my biggest criticism is the buses are safe about 80% of the time, but during that 20% you are likely to be totally unsafe. The bus drivers don't react appropriately to passengers causing issues. There is NO way to report mistreatment. Latonia (HR) never returns calls, I doubt she even exists honestly. The bus drivers are friendly but route 5 doesn't follow gps at all and you'll get kicked off somewhere random
I can’t describe in words how much it seems like these bus drives genuinely hate their job and the students. There has been so many times where I’m sitting at stop and they blatantly ride pass me. Please talk your drives about attitude and them riding pass people.
