Lived all over the country, the buses here are decent. It's nice this area tries to model itself off of Europe and it sort of shows. I will say my biggest criticism is the buses are safe about 80% of the time, but during that 20% you are likely to be totally unsafe. The bus drivers don't react appropriately to passengers causing issues. There is NO way to report mistreatment. Latonia (HR) never returns calls, I doubt she even exists honestly.
