There flex ride has went to crap. I'm late for work almost everyday now and I schedule all my rides super early before my time and still never make it on time. The customer service people have been very rude when trying to fix this and are never any help
Lost a backpack on my first transit because the driver left before I could grab it. Took me 4 hours to find and get back
Change the Ebike rules for public transport! We all need to get around and riding a bike long distances is more dangerous than putting these bikes on busses or taxis or ubers to lifts. I'm tired of the government ruining my life! I need a second job and an ebike to survive...Change this rule asap!!@#$
I have been left at a bus stop not once, not twice but 3 times in the same week. Tonight was bus 478 2/4/26 at 730 pm. "out of service" status, why are they even out then?!
