On Tuesday, I ordered a very short transcript (about 16 pages) for a three day turn around and paid the expedited fee to get it in three days. We did not get the transcript on Friday. On Saturday, we got an email demanding more money, which I am paying because I'm desperate to get the transcript for a filing. So, now I've paid more than the quoted amount for a three day turn around and I'm getting the transcript in the 6 day timeframe (if I actually get them today). Not a good business model.
